Another e-mail mind boggle

And trust me, it does not take much to boggle my mind! In my never-ending quest for autographs, I was surfing around the internet one day recently and I found the e-mail address of a very, very well-known author. I have read a ton of this guys books and have loved them. I will not reveal his name so that he is not deluged with e-mails but I will give you hints as to who he is. He has published tons of fictional novels, many of which have been made into major movies. I e-mailed him and told him I was a fan and asked a few questions about the difference between his books and the film versions that hit the big screen. I wondered if he had any control over the film versions or whether Hollywood was just free to make whatever changes they want to the book. Much to my surprise, he actually e-mailed me back and answered my questions! I bounced another e-mail at him and he again e-mailed me back! After bouncing three e-mails back and forth with him, I asked if there was an address that I could send for an autographed photo. He gave me his home address. I sent an envelope and will publish the photo on my autograph site when it arrives. I e-mailed him again and got a reply on Thanksgiving day. My wife was surprised that he would actually be reading his e-mail on a holiday but he was again nice enough to e-mail me back. So, another example of the power of the net! You would be surprised at what you can find if you dig deep enough.
