My youngest son, “The Kid“, has been a LIFELONG Gloria Estefan fan, no matter how much he might try to deny it. When my wife was pregnant with him, she used to lay in bed with her Walkman Earphones on her stomach, playing soft music for her unborn child. The kid would usually just lounge around in his “womb”, not moving a muscle, UNTIL Gloria Estefan and the Miami Sound Machine would come on….. then he would literally start doing flips, apparently dancing his little unborn butt off, as her music played. He really loved “Turn the Beat Around“. Once Gloria’s song would end, the little guy would go back to lounging around quietly….

I think she’s great and her and husband have always been part of the Miami scene down here and always in wholesome and charitable matters.

A fantastic singer, and a VERY courageous lady to come back from a back broken when her bus was crashed into. Amazing – a female version of you, buddy! (Well, at least in the recovery field – I have yet to hear you sing!

Sorry to say, but Gloria has always scratched my brunette fetish itch. Mark, I am willing positive results for your circulation test right now. Those are strong mind waves, by the way.
